Dr. Sirine Mabrouk, Branch Manager.
Born in Tunisia, Dr. Mabrouk studied and worked in the US over the past 8 years. In 2013, she obtained her master’s degree in Applied Linguistics as a testimony to her passion for languages and language learning. Dr. Mabrouk pursued the field of educational psychology and teacher development training as an expression of her dedication to excellence and strive for improving student outcomes. In May 2019, she completed her PhD studies in Teacher Education and Teacher Development at Montclair State University. Her endeavor is one where she helps all teachers, especially those who serve special education students. Dr. Mabrouk has also extensively worked with English language learners to improve their practice and develop their knowledge. Here in Bahrain, she has joined a team of professionals who share with her the same goals and values; and together they will be providing workshops and professional development to help teachers broaden their knowledge and expertise on how to teach ALL students with no exception!
She looks forward to meeting all those who are interested in the teaching profession and all those parents who are invested in maximizing their children’s learning potential.
Nora, Ed.D, Co-Founder & Executive Director. Oversees the overall strategy of Gain Contact Group including the identification of areas that impact current and future business growth, as well as the definition of gaps and acquisition opportunities for all business-relevant pursuits including proficiency of knowledge, as well as research diffusion and codification. Nora’s background and professional experience complement Gain contact’s holistic approach to linking lifestyles and learning. Leveraging more than 30 years of experience in the field of human development and psychology, Nora also provides skills training and workforce development to promote individual growth and effect organizational transformation in global corporations. Nora earned her doctorate and master’s degree in psychology at Columbia University and also holds a master’s degree in Education as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon.
Caroline, Office Manager Caroline works with stakeholders and clients to deliver customized customer service solutions, and facilitate the Gain Contact Bahrain Center’s operations as a right arm to the Branch Manager. This includes assuming a leading role in the organization and problem-solving issues as they arise on a daily basis. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of a day’s work for Caroline and in this position, she provides key assistance and record keeping within all administrative and financial areas. Caroline brings over 12 years of administrative experience in office management, and accounting. In addition to her managerial skills, Caroline shows amazing relationship skills. She is compassionate and patient with our students, as well as helpful and supportive to her colleagues. Acting in her capacity as Office Coordinator, Caroline is responsible for all day office procedures, and uses her organizational skills to ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Caroline ensures participation and positive engagement with the Center’s leadership, clients and students.
